Office Manager Position for a well established company in the Nothern beaches

Your new company

An established Australian business in the Northern beaches ia seeking a proactive Office Manager to join their team. This is a diverse and hands-on role where no two days are the same, you will play a key role in supporting business operations, customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Your new role

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while providing high-level administrative support across multiple business functions.

Your duties will include:

  • Diary, email and travel management for senior leadership
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and business documentation
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and logistics providers
  • Processing customer orders and coordinating dispatch activities
  • Monitoring stock levels and raising purchase orders as required
  • Managing CRM records and maintaining accurate business data
  • Coordinating website updates, pricing changes and inventory information
  • Accounts payable and receivable administration using Xero
  • Payroll processing and general finance administration
  • Managing multiple inboxes, phone lines and general office operations
  • Providing administrative support across various business functions



What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Senior Administration role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience using Xero and managing accounts payable/receivable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
  • Experience within a stock, logistics, warehousing or distribution environment will be highly regarded
  • Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
